How long it takes

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days from our US facility. US delivery typically takes another 3 to 5 business days.

That’s 5 to 8 business days from order to doorstep in most cases.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the facility. If it hasn’t arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than 5 business days, email sainiadi14@gmail.com and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Holiday orders

Order by December 12 for delivery before December 25. That’s the 8-business-day window plus a buffer for carrier backlog, which is real in the last two weeks of December. Orders placed after the 12th will probably still make it. We won’t promise that they will.

How it arrives

Gift-ready. The necklace is set into the printed card inside the box. Nothing to wrap, and no prices on or inside the package.
