The standard box is a soft-touch gift box. The luxury box is a mahogany style box with an LED spotlight built into the lid, so the necklace is lit when she opens it. Both arrive gift-ready.
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days from our US facility, then US delivery usually takes another 3 to 5 business days. Call it 5 to 8 business days from order to doorstep. Shipping is free, and we ship within the United States only.
Yes. Put her address in as the shipping address at checkout. There are no prices on or inside the package.
Yes. Every order ships with its printed card inside the box. The card is the product. The necklace is how it arrives.
Email us before it ships, generally within 2 to 3 business days of ordering, and we’ll change it or cancel it at no charge. After it ships, the 30-day return below applies.
30 days from delivery. Unworn, in its original packaging, card undamaged, full refund. You cover return postage on a change of mind. If it arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover everything both ways.
It’s a plated finish, so treat it the way you’d treat any plated piece: take it off before showering or swimming, keep perfume and lotion off it, and store it dry. Plating wears with heavy daily contact over time.
