30-day returns

If it isn’t right, send it back. You have 30 days from the day it’s delivered.

Returns for any reason

Unworn, in its original packaging, with the message card undamaged, full refund to your original payment method. No explanation needed. Return postage is your cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

We cover these completely

Refund or free replacement, our shipping both ways:

• It arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item or wrong finish arrived
• It never arrived

What we can’t take back

A necklace that’s been worn, or packaging that’s been thrown out. We can’t resell either one, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

How to start a return

Email sainiadi14@gmail.com with your order number. Add a photo if it arrived damaged. We reply within one business day and send a return label if the problem is ours.

Cancellations

Free any time before your order ships, generally within 2 to 3 business days of ordering. Email us and we’ll stop it. After it ships, the 30-day return above applies.
